Hi, I’m Juste,
I’m the face behind PMU Brows Specialist, offering natural-looking semi-permanent brows, lip blush and eyeliner in Chelmsford, Essex. My passion lies in enhancing your natural beauty through soft, bespoke results that suit your features perfectly.
I began my journey in the PMU (Permanent Makeup) industry back in 2017, and over the years I’ve been fortunate to establish myself as a trusted PMU artist in the Chelmsford area. From the start, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to help people feel more confident in their everyday lives. This work brings me so much joy, meeting amazing clients, creating beautiful results, and seeing how much of a difference natural PMU can make.
I am a VTCT Level 4 qualified Micropigmentation Specialist, VTCT Level 4 qualified in Laser, and fully trained in laser PMU brow removal. I am fully insured, licensed and committed to the highest standards of hygiene, safety and professional practice — something I know is incredibly important when you’re trusting someone with your brows, lips or eyeliner.

Consultations
If you’re unsure which PMU treatment is right for you — brows, lip blush or eyeliner — I offer no-obligation consultations. You can choose an in-person appointment at my Chelmsford studio or a convenient video/phone consultation.
A patch test is included and can be done during your visit or sent by post for remote consultations.
