It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and feel fully comfortable before committing to the procedure.
A touch-up appointment, usually 4–8 weeks after your initial treatment, is an essential part of the semi-permanent makeup process.
Healing is unique to each individual, and some pigment may fade or heal unevenly as your skin recovers. The touch-up session allows me to refine the colour, perfect the shape, and ensure your final result looks exactly as intended. This two-step process ensures longer-lasting, natural-looking results and maintains the high standard of work that both you and I expect.
For your safety, a patch test is required before any semi-permanent makeup or laser removal treatment.
This simple test checks for potential allergic reactions to the pigments or products used during your procedure, or ensures your skin responds safely to laser treatment before a full session.
Patch tests for semi-permanent makeup can be carried out during an in-person consultation or sent by post if you choose a phone or video consultation. Patch tests for laser eyebrow removal must be carried out in person only.
